HD ads are not made until Stripe Checkout succeeds.
The HD pack is a one-time payment. The Starter plan bills at the start of each month. Its credits reset each month and do not roll over. HD pack credits never expire. You see the price before you pay. We do not add a second charge after the video is done.
One credit makes one HD ad. If an HD ad fails, that credit comes back. A failed free preview does not charge you, because the free preview does not use a credit.
Not happy? Ask within 7 days of paying and you get a full refund. No questions asked. Reply to your receipt email or write to support@clipad.co. The money goes back to the way you paid.
